Recognizing the challenge of its availability and reliability, I embarked on a mission to devise a solution ensuring accurate wound or limb measurements are consistently accessible. This journey led to the inception of Altona, born during my commute on the Melbourne Metro, where a seat adorned with city names sparked the inspiration. Among the names considered, 'Altona' stood out to me, resonating deeply and becoming the embodiment of our vision ever since. Altona means "far and near" and is of Dutch origin.
